The Role
We're expanding our customer team and looking for a sharp, curious Solutions Engineer to support customers across the full lifecycle — from initial demo through implementation to ongoing partnership. You'll partner with our sales and product teams to bring on new customers, get them live, and make sure they're successful long-term. You'll also be a critical bridge between our customers and our product and engineering teams, surfacing the insights that shape what we build next.
What You'll Do
Sales support
- Run technical discovery calls and product demos for prospective customers
- Support RFP responses, security questionnaires (HIPAA, SOC 2, ONC), and trial account setup
Implementation & onboarding
- Guide new customers through go-live: data migration, workflow configuration, user training
Customer support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts on clinical, billing, and product questions
- Handle support tickets and participate in an on-call rotation for severity-1 issues
- Resolve urgent customer issues directly where possible and escalate to engineering when needed
Product feedback
- Synthesize customer feedback and write well-scoped tickets for the engineering team
- Contribute to the help center, product walkthroughs, and release notes
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Node.js, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication
- Strong collaborator who's comfortable taking the lead on customer-facing conversations
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment
Compensation
$85,000 – $110,000 base salary + equity
